Life Legacy
Debra Kay Cervantes-Fraire, 56, of Tulsa, OK, died on Sunday, July 25, 2010. She was born in Chicago, IL on June 17, 1954, the daughter of Nestor Cervantes and Phyllis Jean Cabrera Cervantes. A 1974 graduate of Will Rogers High School, Debra continued her education at Gateway Community College and Arizona State University, and earned an Associates Arts degree in business and foreign languages. Debra loved helping others, and while working in immigration legal services she had the opportunity to help many. Debra loved dancing, theater, ballet, concerts, and festivals.
Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Ernie Cervantes of Tulsa; mother, Phyllis Carroll of Tulsa; husband, Asbel Fraire of Tulsa; son, Dennis Wayne Criner, Jr. and step-son, Abel Fraire both of Tulsa; daughters, Denise Jean Scott and Deanne Renee San Juan both of Tulsa; brothers, Paul Carroll, Jr. of Lawton and Robert Carroll of Las Vegas; sisters, Pamela Jean Cervantes of Tulsa, Debra Barrett of Broken Arrow, and Brenda Albright of Gonzales, LA; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and the Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday both at Add’Vantage Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will be at Floral Haven Cemetery, Broken Arrow, OK. Arrangements were entrusted to Gary Kelley’s Add’Vantage Funeral and Cremation Service, 918-624-2828.
