Life Legacy
Alice Clair Polonchak, 84, of Tulsa, OK, died at St. Francis Hospital in the afternoon of Sunday, July 18, 2010. She was born in Plymouth, Pennsylvania on September 17, 1925 to William and Alice (Riely) Thomas. She received her education at St. Vincent’s School in Plymouth. Alice was a member of St. Rita’s Parrish in Detroit, MI.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Polonchak; brothers, William (Bud), John, James, and David Thomas; sisters, Catherine Mahon, Gertrude Thomas, Margaret Mary Tosh, Mrs. Rita Pethood; nephews, Jerry Thomas and Martin Mahon, Jr.
She is survived by daughters, Mary Catherine Polonchak and Denise Polonchak both of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Eric Gross, Scott Gross, Dusty Gross and Kalee Gifford; great grandchildren, Sierra, Blake, and Logen.
Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Gary Kelley’s Add’Vantage Funeral and Cremation Service, Tulsa, OK. 918-624-2828.
